Project and Event Management
With a personal approach and clear communication, we closely monitor all preparations. We prepare a realistic budget estimate, which we apply transparently at invoicing.
Project management includes, among other things:
- Consultation moments and follow up on wishes and needs
- Coordination of suppliers and event partners
- Preparation and management of the run of show, budget, and staff planning
- Coordination of setup, event, and breakdown
- Aftercare and further follow up after the event

Prices are exclusive of VAT and are always tailored based on the scope and complexity of the event. A customized price can be provided for smaller or shorter events.
