At 3hoog, you'll find two spacious event halls with a separate entrance, perfect for B2B or private events. We set up the rooms fully tailored to your event, and they come equipped with extensive basic furniture and a fixed lighting and sound system. The Big and Small Room are complemented by four multipurpose meeting rooms, ideal as a base for breakout sessions. With our spacious, free parking including charging stations and excellent accessibility, everything is in place for a successful, well-organized event.

Our event halls can be set up in a versatile way and fully adapted to your event, but they already come with a solid basic offering:

Technology and Presentation
- Big Room (465m²): 18m² stage, professional lighting and sound, large screen with powerful laser projector, mixing console with 2 handheld microphones, 2 headsets (usable in combination), and 1 wired microphone.
- Small Room (200m²): professional lighting and sound, 82" presentation screen, mixing console with 1 handheld microphone, 1 headset, and 1 wired microphone.
Big Room - 465m²
Our Big Room (L 30m x W 15m x H 5m) is fully equipped with basic furniture and professional technology. Thanks to its versatile setup, we can arrange the room fully to suit your wishes, whether it's for product launches, staff parties, conferences, or trade fairs.

Small Room - 200m²
Our Small Room (L 15m x W 13m x H 5m) is a fully equipped blackbox room with basic furniture and professional technology. Thanks to its versatile setup, we can fully tailor the space to your event concept. The room can be used individually as a full-fledged event space, or works perfectly as a break-out or side room in combination with the Big Room. Ideal for presentations, workshops, team buildings, and staff parties where focus, experience, and flexibility are key.

Event Meadow - 600m²
The event meadow is an open outdoor space adjacent to the event halls, mostly consisting of grass. Just like our event halls, the event meadow can be set up fully flexibly, tailored entirely to your event. This space offers complete freedom for a variety of concepts such as atmospheric receptions, outdoor dining, team buildings, festivals, or other interesting formats.

Meeting & Break-out Rooms
Our meeting rooms are flexible and suitable for meetings, presentations, workshops, and break-out sessions. Each room can be adapted to the desired setup and comes standard with professional facilities for a smooth and comfortable meeting experience.

Azul & Meadow, each 56m²
Two versatile and spacious meeting rooms, ideal for larger meetings, presentations, and workshops. Thanks to the flexible setup, both rooms are suitable for interactive sessions as well as plenary moments.

Merlot - 112m²
Merlot is our largest meeting room, offering extra space for larger groups or more extensive setups. Ideal for presentations, training sessions, strategic meetings, and larger-scale break-out sessions.

Merlot + Azul - 168m²
Thanks to the mobile accordion wall, Azul and Merlot can be combined into one spacious room of 168m². This combination is ideal for larger presentations, training sessions, or events where extra capacity is needed.

Additional Info & Options
For short-term use of an event hall, or for setup and breakdown the day before or after an event, we offer customized prices tailored to your event.
We offer a package price when all four meeting rooms are used as breakout rooms in combination with an event hall: €1,585 for the 4 meeting rooms.
Private individuals and non-profits enjoy a 30% discount on all our rooms during weekends.
